Dr. Mark Plauché Ryan  - Preventive Dentist

About Dr. Ryan:

Dr. Ryan is in the prime of his dental career. 

He graduated from the United States Merchant Marine Academy where he received a U.S. Coast Guard License to operate ocean going, steam or diesel powered vessels, of any horsepower. He sailed across both the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans and in territorial waters of the U.S., including Puerto Rico and Alaska.  Other countries sailed to include: Panama, Columbia, Peru, Ecuador, Chile, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, France, England, Malta, Tunisia, Cameroon, Gabon, Congo, Viet Nam and Philippines. Other countries visited include: Italy, Ireland, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Costa Rica, Canada, Aruba, Grand Cayman, St. Barthelemy, St. Martin and other Caribbean islands. 

He graduated from Georgetown University School of Dentistry where he finished in the top third of the class.  He has been a member of the American Dental Association and the D.C. Dental Society for thirty years. 

He was publically elected and served three terms as a D.C. Advisory Neighborhood Commissioner, in the East village of Georgetown.
